Divine Creatures Cat Boarding, Grooming and Cat Behaviour Services

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My cats are high maintenance and one of them gets stressed quite easily. They always come home relaxed and happy from here. The staff always reply promptly when I’m feeling guilty and/or missing the kitties with updates on how they are going. If you’re lucky you’ll see your fur babies in their socials whilst visiting :)

This is a review for the Divine Creatures Erina Heights Luxury Window Cat Lodge. My partner and I were so nervous to go away and leave our 7 month old kitten Bert in a cattery. But we were so relieved when we saw this place and met the lovely owner Jules!! Bert was such a happy boy when we returned it made me feel more confident to go away on holidays. We will be boarding here again many times in the future. Thank you so much to the lovely staff at this facility for your devotion to our best furry friends! xx

I couldn't find another cattery that is as good as Divine Creatures. The ladies care for my older cat (16+yrs) so well that I never feel bad about leaving her there (well maybe just a little guilty)! They are fabulous and I highly recommend their services.

I spent 6 days at Divine Creatures at Willoughby a couple of weeks ago, staying in a New York apartment with a beautiful window for me to look outside.I don't like squeezing into my purple carry bag because I always think I am visiting the vet again. What a surprise I had when we entered my boutique hotel! The girls loved me all the time and fed me well. I had lots of cuddles and pampering, but what I really loved was the time I spent every day in the jungle gym. I ran around a lot and got so tired that I had a little nap on one of the overhead bridges. I had such fun during my little holiday, even though I was very happy to see mummy and daddy again and especially when I arrived home and could run around my big house.I can't wait to have another little holiday at Divine Creatures at Willoughby.Poppy the Popsicle

Our first holiday at divine cattery and Spencer has come home clean happy and not stressed. This cattery was recommended by Kate who works in a cattery in Launceston and I am glad I took her advise. The premises are spotless. So professional,quick response to all questions nothing to much trouble for the staff at all. I would highly recommend and have no hesitation in using again and again.

Our 1.5yr old Forest Batman has stayed at the Willoughby boarding house three times over the course of the last 9 - 12 months. He is a shy Covid-19 baby (despite the big name!) and we've wanted to ensure he gets exposure to boarding house visits early on (as well as other loving humans). Each time he has developed a little more confidence with his stays and we're so thankful to the wonderful staff at Divine Creatures for their patience with him. The staff are all over it - running a tight ship, and the amenities are wonderful - exactly what any Crazy Cat Lady could want! Thank you Divine Creatures, see you soon.

Louie is a frequent flyer at Divine Creatures. The staff have gone above and beyond, as I travel with work to accommodate my bookings and look after Louie. It is his “home away from home”. He always comes home as if he never left, straight back into his routine at home. Robyn, Lily and Lisa have been just fabulous each and everytime. Rose always responds quickly to any questions or queries. Louie has stayed short term and also recently for a full month when I went back to the UK. I know that he is being well looked after, so I can relax knowing he is in good hands.

Whiskey had a lovely holiday over Christmas with Divine Creatures. Not only are they extremely thorough with all aspects of booking the stay but they take such care with your fur babies. I was delighted to receive a text ‘update' from Whiskey and her auntie carer which gave us peace of mind during her stay.

My two rag dolls love going to Divine Creatures. The team really look after them and they get lots of pats and cuddles.
