Tesla team at Alexandria were great, in particular June. I was lucky enough to have her as my Sales Advisor and she was really helpful and patient with any questions throughout my ordering process from my first test drive through to delivery. She definitely made my Tesla ordering experience a great one and will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Converted service centre now sales outlet. Its just a warehouse with some stools and bench. Went to trial driving Tesla Model Y. Friendly service no hesitation to recommend.

Service agent said if I ordered inventory stock it would be here by Christmas. Now likely won't get the car before February apparently. Ordered on the information they provided due to being away on work for 4 months in the new year. Now I won't be around to accept delivery. They just tell you want you want to hear and have no real idea about what's going on with the orders. Absolutely awful company.

Warning/Tesla overall experiencePlaced an order based on Tesla's initial trade in value of my car. My car has been undervalued at $60k which is already low price but I decided to go with coz of less hassle and seamless experience they promised. And we knew that the final value will go down and we had a buffer in mind -$3k coz the market fluctuations. Comes closer to the date of picking up the car, final value of my trade in car -$9K! I understand that's what Tesla offers, take it or leave it, but initial decision of placing an order for Tesla was made based on what Tesla trade in team quoted for my car. From a phone convo I had with whoever was on the line mentioned that Tesla trade in team thought that it was worth $60K at that time and they just done some research themselves without approaching actual 3rd party wholesale car dealer and for the final value they submitted an actual request for the valuation and it came $9K LESS as to what Tesla's trade-in team has thought". Moral of the story

Tesla has no service for customers. You need to learn from you competition.Bad at delivery communication: After I received the final invoice, Tesla contacted me twice for picking up my vehicle period. I've paid 2 days ahead of the delivery window based on my invoices.After I paid, it got delayed again with no explanation. I called to ask the reasons and new updates. They start to question me why did I pay. Arrogant and ignorance, are the customers your enemy?Don't get too comfortable! Your competitions are preparing to take over the market soon. Improve your service!

Friendly enough service, as usual with a car dealership a little pushy, but they have a nice lounge for waiting.

One of Tesla's Mobile technicians, Nik, came out to help rectify a number of issues on my Tesla. He didn't have the parts so had to go to Chatswood to pick up the parts and came back to rectify all issues ON THE SAME DAY! He was informative, helpful and efficient. Tesla is lucky to have Nik working for them!
