I've been going to Melissa for 2 years. She fixed my damaged hair. I moved away from the area but still travel to get my hair coloured by her. She does a great job with my blonde.

Was very happy with my service today, I was able to be squeezed in for a last minute appointment for a cut (restyle) and Blowdry. Mel was very efficient and unlike other salons I was only there for 40mins max. I showed a photo for reference and she nailed it and put in the extra effort to make sure it was perfect and what I wanted. Very friendly but not overbearing. Thanks Mel very happy.

11 months ago I left a 5 star review for DEEGEES - Today, I've gone to the trouble of editing a review and changing it to 1 star - This place is finished, with so many alternatives in Geelong, don't settle. My last two visits have had dramas and their customer service is dismal. From them not keeping booking times to booked hairdressers not even turning up, it's not a pleasant experience. I think if you're after a blue rinse and trying to save a dollar, this might be an OK place, outside of that? Avoid the disappointment.

I’ve had my haircut here before and absolutely loved it, but the most recent time I went, I did not at all get what I asked for, (I provided reference pictures), I had a different stylist than the first and would not go back again, went in to get wispy curtain bangs and heavy layers (the same service I got previously and loved) and came out with thick short full fringe and no layers, also straightened my obviously wavy hair before cutting, making everything shorter than I wanted after I washed it myself.

I was very happy with my hair when I walked out. I had a few problems after a few days when I washed and blow dried it myself. I called them and told them the problem, and Barbara was very helpful, and was happy to help solve it.
