Rude, rude, rude. I walked in the front door and the reception had a sign saying to go to the rear reception, and I went to the reception and stood there for 5 minutes until I eventually saw a sign was facing the rear door saying to go to the receptionist upstairs, then went to the reception upstairs, by that point I was 7 minutes late for the appointment the doctor refused to see me, the lady at the desk gave me a whole lot of attitude and very rudely dismissed what I was saying

I've only just become a patient after being with the same doctor on the mainland for 17 years, but my experience so far has been very good. Beautiful facility. Very knowledgeable doctor who looked at my bloods and proactively responded when he was out on hols.

Very happy with the staff and for my new doctor who was happy to see me as a new client. It can be very difficult to find a new doctor when moving interstate and I was happy when I found this clinic willing to take that extra time to serve my needs, well done!

Wonderful experience today at Sandy Bay clinic. Peter Louden, the GP who saw me is excellent. He took me through my medical history and updated where required. He also advised me on several issues regarding a better health outcome for me. All in all I recommend the clinic for their professionalism and care.

Pleasant staff. The waiting time wasn't long, and the doctor I saw was really nice, helpful.Just hope the practice is able to bring back bulk billing, as a student every cent counts.
