Rude,arrogant,conceited individual.What service I received for 93$No interview at all,just question How can I help ".No physical examination

Turned away from appointment showing up on appointment time because that's too late to fill out paperwork. Zero understanding and empathy from staff member as I was stuck in traffic in unfamiliar area. I will have to pay $300 for another medical screening appointment. Each and every client matters.Enjoy.

Absolute joke,I turned up because we needed 5 minutes to sought out paperwork.he wanted to charge me because I am on a care plan.DO NOT USE THIS BLOKE HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY AND DOSNT CARE ABOUT YOUR INJURY.and if he had an actual secretary instead of hid 13 year old daughter running the front counter we might have got everything soughted.

Ruined my life. Did more damage to me than I had prior to attending him for a return to work assessment. He wrote in assessment that pain was in my head as the 3 breaks In my back would have well and truly healed by assessment. He made me do nearly 2 hours of weights during assessment . I could not move for 3 daysafterwards. Dr sent me forAnother scan. My back was still broken in 3 places. No improvement from date of accident. My life from the damage has left me with no quality of life. His report was not in his scope of practice . It was more of a psychological assessment. Which his statements were totally incorrect.. When I have spoken to other physios. They all stated he should have done stretch tests prior and should never have carried on any testing as I was in high hypertension.Dont risk your life in the hands of this incompetent so called physio.I agree with previous review s. Arrogant and rude. Did not care or have any compassion.

Don't waste your time with this company. Worst physiotherapy experience i have ever EXPERIENCED!My appointment lasted not even 30 minutes and the Physio told me to Youtube my knee problem. He didn't do anything to fix other than showing extreme basic stretches and said he doesn't need to see me again. This cost roughly $90.I walked away from this appointment feeling completely robbed. I have never walked out of a Physiotherapy feeling exactly the same as i felt walking in.AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR WALLET AND TIME.

Only 8 min late due to a road accident and heavy traffic and drive 25 min for my appointment. They said to book it again. What a joke! Don't waste your time. Book someone else who knows how to respect people.

Staff here have absolutely have no empathy. I had arrived 10mins early for my 1pm appointment however was turned away left in tears as I did not arrive 30mins early to do some paper work that took me 5mins to do at a different clinic. If customers need to arrive 30mins early they should make the appointment at 12:30 not 1pm as booking an appointment at 1pm but needing customers to arrive at 12:30 is very deceiving and scam like. Essentially because I was only 10mins early to my appointment they made me reschedule it and pay another $300!!!! They stole my $300 for arriving to my appointment 10mins early to then turn me away so I paid for NOTHING!!! They also don’t even bother to send you a confirmation text of your appointment the day before or contact customer when they are running late as they just want to steal customer money. Please do not go to this Physio unless you want you want to be robbed.

(My name: a bowering). Turned me away because I was late for my appointment even though it seemed he had no other patient there to see at the time. Incredibly, unbelievably rude about it, I was gobsmacked by how much he wanted to punish me for being late. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because my first treatment was passable. But his need to punish me for being late to my second appointment totally overshadowed any good he did on the first visit. I was in the most unimaginable pain at the time so to be turned away like that left in tears at 7.30am on a Saturday morning. My advice, take your pain to someone who cares.
