Delicious Baked Otto wrapped in Prosciutto with wood-oven baked sourdough & onion pickle. I could have shared it with someone, it was so filling!Fabulous brewed chai in a teapot. It’s worth taste-testing the cheeses in the shop. Wonderful range of condiments for sale with the cheeses.Interesting to look through the viewing window to the cheese-making, see wheels of cheese stacked behind the counters & see the bread baked in the outdoor wood oven.Outdoor seating, some in the garden, some on the covered deck near the bar.Range of cold drinks in fridge & beers in bar.Toilets available.

My goodness. THIS is how to do good food. We had the Ploughman's Platter, paired with a dark pale ale and a 'Farmers Ale' respectively. There wasn't a single thing on the plate that wasn't delicious... from the washed rind '1972' cheese and house-made chilli chutney to the gently smoked trout and the roasted wallaby. The garden setting was delightful, as was the smiling customer service. Simply outstanding.

Great place to brunch in Hobart. Cosy place with friendly staff who go out of their way to explain the products. If you are a cheese lover, it's a must visit, It was nice to see the cheese processing factory. You get to taste cheese for free before buying, and they explain the process well. Loved their onion/zucchini dip too and was quite a delicacy to bring back home.If you are heading to or back from Bruny Island, this is a good place to have a coffee, rest, breakfast, brunch, or lunch. There are also picnic outdoor tables if you would like to have your own mealsin addition to cheese tasting.Plenty of parking available. You can order at the table using QR code or at the counter.

Small, sweet and simple atmosphere.A perfect place to grab a quick breakfast. If you are a cheese lover then this might be one of the place that you might like to visit. The staff knows about the product, very friendly staff. Enough car park, enough sitting space as well. Free cheese tasting is also available.I would recommend this place

Driving down from the ferry, the landscape is a gorgeous potpourri of hues green and gold. Can it get any more Australiana? The Cheese company is only a 15 minute drive and we arrived at noon. Time for a cold beer and cheese tasting. Since I am a Dutchmen by birth, cheese is in my blood and genes. We found some very tasty and delicious cheeses on offer. Our favourite is the P2. Which one will be yours? Give this place a go. XO

Well, this was the first ever time for cheese tasting in my life. Cheese wasn't that bad, but bread was cold(may be that how it normally been served, for me i was expecting bit soft and warm). Coffee was average. Staff and ambience are extremely friendly and good.

Lovely and iconic place to stop for a cheese platter. Fresh warm sourdough was the icing on the cake on a very cold day. Staff were extremely friendly and helped customers find tables and sit out of the rain.My only minor complaints would be the unisex toilets and no wine on offer - I understand this is not a brand speciality but would’ve enjoyed trying some Tassie wine with Tassie cheese.

The service was good, just the cheese platter portion was a little small. Will be a nice outing when the weather is good, however won’t recommend for a windy / cold weather as all the seatings were outside and no heating. The cheeses were ok, nothing too special. Interesting beers options, worth to try

We were invited to free cheese tastings by a knowledgeable lady. A nice spot to drop by to have cheese and wine. Delicious cheese which we bought as a result of the free tastings available
