Staff are so friendly always smiling and the churros here are a must try they’re made perfectly. one of the best churros I have eaten at an Oliver brown store always made fresh. Must try !!!!!!

Tonight we have a regular experience in it, the only thing that save it was the Barista, the hot chocolate were beautiful, we also ordered a thickshake which wasn't thick enough and was watered, we had churros from other Oliver's and they been hot and crispy in Beverley Hills one they were cold and doughby. They had 4 people working and the only one being efficient was the barista we felt sorry for him.

I was with my family at Oliver Brown, I loved the food, the fondue, the coffee, everything was great! the service also note 10! very friendly staff... however...the place needs a makeover, too dark, old furniture, bad air conditioning, needs a new one too! very tight and we thought about sitting outside but there were a lot of people smoking so we stayed inside even though the air conditioning was extremely cold... it really needs a makeover!

Great area to sit and have a coffee. Lovely and friendly service. Wonderful meals and drinks. Only problem is the noise because it’s on a busy road, overall great place.

It's really give or take with this place. Their baked new York cheesecake is my favourite and I order it on Uber as a treat, and have been sent different items various times without the restaurant reaching out to ask what I'd like instead, like they sometimes have. Being sent a something with a completely different flavour or a flavour you're not as big a fan of is disappointing. I could have explained a better fit than what I was sent. This happened today along with being sent a cupcake that must be days old, because it's so hard and dry I can't eat it. The experience today was definitely disappointing.

The browny is gross cold, stale taste and so tiny with a thick layer of rancid butter at the bottom . The coffee is too weak. I feel very ripped off not coming back.

Ordered a hot chocolate, churros for two, and a cookie for my kid, after paying the lady at the counter told me there's a long wait of half an hour, still it was ok and at the end of the wait she came to us and said she packed my order as take away and I can not dine in, even though I could see that there were customer dining in and new customers were sitting down for dine in..not sure why....? Very disappointing behaviour.

Great place for a hot drink on a cold night. If you like chocolate it's worth your time. I recommend either getting a chocolate drink or a chocolate meal, not both as the sweetness will be a bit too much.
