Not a great deal" when they are meant to provide you with a service that they cannot even get right. Got given 2 different sized rims which they then fixed and provided a buckled rim instead. Asked again to be fixed and owner then started to be abusive over the phone and block my number. Wouldn't respond to any messages. Absolute rip off

Went there got 4 second hand tyres and a wheel alignment less than 12 hours later the passenger tyre started going flat we put air in it to make sure we wernt driving flat went back and were told we drove it flat and so it's not there problem they were so rude they are a bunch of scam artists

Never go here!!! They con you into coming in to tell you the wheels you want are sold!!!! To try to get you to buy more expensive ones!!!!! Worst place I’ve dealt with!!! Steer clear at all cost cheap Chinese tyres that are horrible at offer!!!! Stay away

Found a set of used wheels and tyres that suited my needs advertised on FB Marketplace by Moss St Tyres. Contacted Sammy who assured me the wheels were like new and i agreed to pay the full price asking. He took a deposit on the Friday and guaranteed to hold them until Tuesday, the earliest I could drive the 2 hours to pick up.When I arrived, I was told they were already sold, but they could sell me the same wheels with new tyres for more than double the cost of the ones that I originally agreed to purchase. Or they had a different set of wheels/tyres in the same size that they would sell me for the original price. These were covered in scratches, one had been poorly repaired and the tyres were about 75% worn.They did happily refund my deposit. But I suspect that is something they do for dissatisfied potential customers on a regular basis.

UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY , UNKNOWLEDGEABLE & SCAM ARTISTS!!!!made what seemed like an awesome deal for BRAND NEW wheels and tyres + caliper paint,Only to receive, used wheels that had been patched up with black paint, a warped wheel, massive chunks missing, my brake pads painted, but the back of the calipers unpainted & unbalanced wheels!!!They refused to refund or swap my wheels, Sammy is a fraud and laughed in my face & claimed I was lying.DONT BE FOOLED BY THE INITIAL AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE OR “GREAT” PRICE DEALS.I would not even bother going near this store, they are clueless on wheels and tyres, when that’s what they are meant to specialise in.It’s upsetting to have faith on a wheel and tyre company & waste your money on the total opposite of what you think you’re getting.Save the stress, go somewhere else!!

Jon and the boys down there were super helpful! We’re able to get my offset perfect and we’re super accomodating and competitive on price! They went above and beyond!Thanks boys!

*Pending ResolutionEDIT: It came to my attention that 2 of the 5 tyres supplies are of different sizes to the remaining three purchased. I have made multiple calls and messages to Sammy with each being ignored. I am going to have to drive 45 minutes back to the store, which I can’t even verify will be open due to my calls and messages being ignored. I messaged the company on FB with my message being seen, but ignored. This is super disappointing after originally providing a 5 star review as seen below. Still have had no contact from the company.Sammy was a great help in finding the right tyre/rim combo at a great price! Super quick service and a pleasure to deal with. Will be coming back again.

Found these guys on FB with heaps of options of rims we were looking for the right set of wheel and tyre package for a Hilux decided to drive up from the Gold Coast. So glad we did I told Sammy our budget and he had what we wanted, easy as transaction.Wheel and tyres were on in a flash.Well worth the trip highly recommend well done guys5 star service.
