Decjuba Head Office

Experience yesterday - half a star. Today four-star. Yesterday, I tried to buy two shirts at my local store, but none there in the right size. No facility to transfer from another store. But assistant was helpful and found a store that still had the size in stock. Called them and was totally Stonewalled. Called headoffice - no joy either.BUT - today when I called head office to say what I thought of the service, I asked for a manager and before I said more than that I couldn't get the product I wanted, that manager (Alie) had the whole thing organised and sorted within a minute. No problem, no hesitation; didn't matter if the sale was large or small. Definitely four-star service and you can see why that manager rose to that position. Turned this customer right around too - from half-star yesterday to four-star today. Message is - Decjuba needs to call in store managers for regular pep-talks about customer service!

Be Warned- Decjuba sell cheap imitation clothing. Don't support this business. Overpriced clothes shrink or significantly fade in color. Service is bad, they will do anything they possibly can to play you around and will not honor their own warranty policies. Once clothes are bought from here consider the warranty voided.

Absolutely wonderful customer service !

I absolutely understand the 2 * rating for this shop. I purchased 2 shirts one had the security tag left on. I live 1hour away so for their mistake i have to drive a 2 hour round trip. Apologies were plentiful and the staff are very nice but ...the only person that paid for their mistake was me. Oh and the other shirt that the young woman got for me on checking at home had a flaw in the fabric...i didnt bother taking it back!! I can only conclude that this shop is not interested in long term customers. Check purchases carefully.

DO NOT BUY from this business. My partner was loyal customer and got a red jacket. This Company claimed that the product was not faulty despite it bleeding onto other clothing. They stated that they knew of the problem. My partner contacted head office and they suggested a water-resistant spray. No offer of an apology or any compensation for ruined clothing caused by Decjuba product. We just wanted them to fix the issue with the jacket via replacement. But according to Decjuba the customer is instead expected to pay for purchasing the spray and the Company doesn't care about damages caused by what it knew was an issue to its jacket. So if you decide to wear the jacket over a Valentino white top which then becomes ruined, somehow this is the customer's problem if it is ruined!??? Seriously this is beyond what can be considered let the buyer beware.""

I have been shopping in the Decjuba store in Sorrento regularly and just wanted to compliment the staff, always happy, helpful and welcoming! Also I ordered a garment online that wasn’t available in store, arrived in two days! Amazing customer service.

Misleading marketing sent out via facebook, instagram, and email to name a few with 30% off everything, but clearly not EVERYTHING is included when sale items are excluded. Simple thing to do is state on your marketing that sale is not included, or simply dont use the word 'everything'! Have brought this to their attention on Friday, but they continue to send out and flout this misadvertising. Do they think people are stupid? I for one will not be conned into this. Clear up your marketing and stop taking advantage of people at this difficult time.

I was a loyal customer and most of my wardrobe did come from Decjuba. Now I am not. After speaking to Courtney and Zara from the customer service team who totally wasted my time. Courtney, the manager even thought the situation was funny and proceeded to laugh.I bought two dresses as a gift for my mum online so she could try two different sizes to see what worked more. I do this often when shopping with the Iconic and ASOS.I was surprised when I was in Randwick Decjuba on the weekend I could not return my item (the second dress) because Decjuba no longer accepted online returns to stores, they also provide no postage for returns to get back to them (have fun paying extra) and their customer service team is close to appalling for a retail store who you would think wants to keep loyal customers.Telling them they are wrong and they have no rights probably isn't the smartest thing to do...The long and short here friends is don't bother buying there because you don't have a right for refund! ohhh, unless you want to pay for shipping back to them and cross your fingers they process your return. Funny that. I welcome more online competition because this was an unexpected reminder that if you can't keep up...Don't operate.

Made an online order 5 weeks ago and still haven't recieved it....depite emails and callsNot happy
