Shadi and Michael were absolutely awesome. We went there on a weekend to try out a specific bike for both me and my partner and Shadi really went over and above to let us test and explain 6 or 7 different bikes to make sure we got the right one. He then gave us a great deal and made the whole process really easy.We ended up choosing to buy 2x White Sunmono E-Mono PEGASUS Bikes plus accessories and we absolutely love them.Once they were ready for pickup we did another quick ride to have everything adjusted and then Michael helped me put both bikes in the boot of our car. Really appreciate that!We went on our first ride the other night and we are already addicted!Thanks Shadi and Michael! You guys are great!

Shadi and Michael provide awesome service. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the bike was running perfectly. They even threw in some free accessories. I can definitely recommend them!

Total disappointed. This company customer service is absolute disgusting. It makes me sick. Their dishonesty, condescending attitude and unprofessional behaviours are beyond belief. The level of arrogance displayed by their staffs is infuriating, stay away, your money is better spent in another shop who value your presence.

My recent experience leasing an electric bike from this company was an absolute nightmare. I was beyond disappointed with the level of service I received. Despite making it clear to the salesperson beforehand that I wanted to lease the bike, it was not properly prepared for my use, and the battery was only charged to a measly 40%. When I asked for a fully charged battery, my request was bluntly dismissed and rejected, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.The premature power end was nothing short of infuriating, and I was left to push the heavy bike through heavy traffic in the pouring rain. The situation was not only inconvenient but also incredibly dangerous. I had countless near-miss accidents with other vehicles on the road in poor visibility of heavy rain. When I contacted the salesperson to address my concerns, he tried to shift the blame to me by saying, I told you to take a train

I cannot recommend this place enough! Michael is so kind, generous and knowledgeable. I drove over 40 minutes to visit. If you’re looking for an ebike, look no further than Ebikeboys.

It was an excellent experience! My girlfriend and I rented 2 ebikes during a month and they worked perfect, they are new bikes. Very happy and I would definitely choose them again.
