Octibox Self Storage

Octagon are an amazing team. I have used them twice now for removal services and now also storage in the Octibox - always a brilliant service by the team. I highly recommend Octagon they are a first class service and by far the best in the business.

Octagon has given me a very smooth transition into storage from home. The staff are incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. Happy to offer extra services and flexible rates to your needs and how long you store with them. Everything is explained clearly over the phone or in person if there are any queries you have after going through their website.The Octibox I recieved itself was bigger than I expected in person. Very clean and well kept. I had 24hrs to pack the unit and got materials from the complex beforehand, with bigger supplies delivered in the box itself on the day. The box was delivered on a trailer which could be kept on a driveway or lawn without causing too much damage to the grass (similar to parking a small car). The complex itself is very secure and storage can be accessed with 7days notice.All through the process the guys have been awesome in answering all my questions, even patient with repeating themselves a few times and are very responsive via email if I ask anything. Highly recommend this place even if not living within Mornington itself. They still service an area outside Morno within reason.

Fantastic serviceNeeded to store furniture for 2 weeks, octibox excellent in all facets. Professional, courteous, cheap way to move, and very simple. Octibox waited on site while we loaded, took it away for storage for 2 weeks then redelivered the box and assisted with unloading. Nothing had moved in the box.Very impressed, pleasure dealing with Octibox from initial enquiry to the final unloading, thoroughly recommend.
