The whole park, away from the children's play area would be ideal as an off leash park for dogs. The current off leash area is far too small and not shaded. Other than dog owners only a few people use the grassed area. Dog owners pay rates and need such places but they are not available in the local area.Children's area looks fine but most of the time it's not busy.
