Coast Cat Excavations

We recently bought a large property. We have used Coast Cat for our drive way, some clearing and post hole digging. I have found Jack and his team very helpful, well priced and on time. We will continue to use Coast Cat for our earthworks and have no hesitation recommending to others.

I got Coast Cat Excavations in to do some earthmoving. First day the guy was called away by Jack before he even started. Fair enough things happen. It was arranged that the driver would return the following Friday when I would be home but Jack sent him in to do the work when I wasn’t here without contacting me. I wasn’t happy with some of the work but promptly paid the bill in good faith that the driver would return to do more (which I would have gladly paid for) but 3 times the work has been scheduled through Jack and no one has turned up. I have phoned on each occasion and been given a different day and now he does not return my call at all. I am polite, pay my bills promptly and am respectful and I don’t like being stuffed around with empty promises andbeing strung along which wastes my time. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re not coming ring, if you don’t want the work say so and don’t send people to do work at a totally different time to when was arranged. Would not recommend Jack at all.
