If I had a chance to rate this experience with 0 stars I would. I am not happy at all, I booked my car a week in advance - then showed up at 8:15am hoping that my car would be one of the first to be serviced and road worthied. Unfortunately, it was not - I called at 12:15pm to be informed that my car had not been looked at yet and that it wouldn't be ready until after 3pm. I live 20 minutes away from Narooma, I had nothing prepared for a big day. I ended up not getting my service as it was just ridiculous. This is a huge disappointment, don't go here unless you're really desperate.

Excellent and honest. Sometimes my car ignition wouldn't start. The diagnosis was the starter motor. I left my car there dreading a big bill but on closer inspection they found it was just a problem with the key thingy. They rang me to tell me the good news and didn't charge me at all. A less ethical car repairer may have changed the starter motor anyway. Thank you Peter and the team for being so honest.

The best service! Honest and helpful. Very busy, but for good reason. I was on holiday and got a flat. While NEMA was getting my vehicle up on the truck at 7pm the owner of the shop rocked up to assure me that he could have me on the road in the morning. I got a call before 9am the next morning to tell me I could pick up my vehicle. The charge was only $50. I asked if they could order me a new tyre and they had it the next day. It took 20 mins to switch it out and we were back on the road.

Was a NRMA callous for a flat battery. Expensive callous with the purchase of a new battery. But they were super helpful and got me out of a fix.
