As a regular customer I've never been left disappointed by the customer service. Especially during the busy Christmas season.Tried ordering an item online, but wouldn't check out so I called the store and they were more then happy to help. Probably one of the best rebels in South Australia.

The customer service, knowledge, and support from staff (Massive gratitude and shoutout to Mitch!!) at the Gepps Cross Rebel is simply amazing.Not only was Mitch patient and helpful, but he and Kane went beyond in supporting my Hubby to access a pair of hard to source Jordan's.Their communication was personable, warm, knowledgeable and the kind of customer service which makes you want to return to a store loyally, ongoing.Also, their range and sizing availablility of general training/sport/running shoes is great including finding the pair of Jordan's for myself.Many thanks Gepps Cross Rebel Team!!
