CHT Solutions is my new go-to place for electronics. I found them on EBay with some very sharp prices on some very expensive top shelf THOR powerboard surge protectors (Australian made). I bought a significant dollar value worth so the best price in Australia from CHT was definitely a big help. Their delivery was on time as promised and my precious new surge protectors were packaged and padded in their box with great care. A week or so later I bought more, directly from their website this time. Everything went as well as you would want it to go. The site was intuitive, easy to navigate and the checkout process was fluid. I can highly recommend CHT based on my experience with them - always great to be able to recommend a job well done by an Australian company.

Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with his extensive knowledge becoming evident very early on in the conversation, He was friendly and down to earth and corrected a mistake that l made on an EBay purchase ( which he had no obligation to do so ) without complaint and we had a humorous chat while he did so. The projector l purchased was at the best price l could find anywhere in Australia and was delivered very quickly and packet well.

Excellent online experience purchasing a new Epson projector from CHT solutions recently. Scott went out of his way to be helpful and also give me a great deal after I was let down by another retailer that took my money but didn't have stock. Clear communication, good service and fast delivery.

Scott has been extremely helpful on every occasion. When I was looking for something particular, he offered a significantly discounted demo/refurbished model which was awesome! However a minor issue came up, and rather than have me without this amp for weeks whilst sending to Melbourne and awaiting repairs, he was kind enough to take care of it and organise a new model for me for which I was happy to pay the difference. I will endeavour to do any future HiFi shopping here.
