Joe, Zeke and Daniel were very friendly and helpful. The range of tools was excellent and the new store was bright, spacious and clean. Great customer experience, will definitely shop there again.

Such a fantastic looking store! Big and bright with everything we needed. Came in on a mission and Daniel was incredibly helpful. All the other staff were pretty good too. Will definitely be back!

Very bad customer service. Manager is very rude. Didnot want to refund even the tools is faulty. It was brought days ago. I brought Daytona 1/2inch impact set DMDS30. Socket inside chew in first use. Impact socket doesn't wear in first use, it has risk of burst . When going back to shop for return. Manager didn't want to refund. Even i got receipt of purchase a day ago. Very poor customer service. I didnot expect this treatment from sydney tools.
