spent 300 bucks to do a bleach, followed by a copper coloured dye. i insisted that i didn't want something too dark or too light and my hair turned out orange-y copper in the end which i am not happy about. My roots were bleached way too much compared to the bottom of my hair...should the hairstylist have known that being an asian and bleaching once would give an orange colour, there was still no advice given to me. would not recommend.

Went last week to try, worst cut ever. Said at least 5 times not to cut the right side as I'm growing it out. It was also pretty clear just by looking at the difference in length. First thing they do is blend it with a 2. there goes the last two months of growing it out.After this, I said I may as well try something else then. and asked for a 0 fade. but got a number 3 blend.just terrible.

I'll never be going back here again. I came in after a beachy holiday to have my split ends fixed up. I clearly said just the ends" as I want to grow my hair and I walked out with a cut about 10cm shorter and even shorter front layers. What about "just the ends" can they not understand? I also paid $70 for a wash and a cut which was an absolute waste of money. These experiences make me not want to go to hair dressers at all!"

Nightmare service, went there for a standard pricy 35 dollars hair cut. The hairdresser did not speak too much English. When I told her what to do with my hair she seems understand. When I politely ask her to trim more on the backside. She started to get a bit impatient and annoyed. It’s all written on her face and I am pretty sure she muttered the S word towards me. I pretend I didn’t not hear that cos it’s not worth to have a confrontation with people who speak a little English. The haircut is also very average . I would definelty not recommend this place to anyone.

This rate is purely based on the service the man had given towards finishing my hair. He charged me extra $40 because he said my hair took too long in (Korean) to his woman colleague. He probably thought I didn't understand but I did, couldn't be bothered arguing so I just left. I am sorry but I won't be back. Basically paid $190 for half head semi colour when the lady on the phone told me $150

Jasmine did my hair regrowth, red and violet foils, olapex treatment, wash and blow dry. Another staff have assisted in my hair sessions. They are friendly, work well as a team. They used L’Oréal and olapex treatment, bonding cream and oil on my hair. My coloured foils and regrowth turned wonderfully. Jasmine did this quickly and thoroughly. She listens to what you wants and then executes it brilliantly. Every time I come in all staff are accommodating and offer good value for money.

Been going to this place over a long time as a regular, but was extremely disappointed with two recent haircuts - very rushed and both times my hair was cut with very short layers and left with lots of short hairs sticking out at the top and I had to apply hair gel avoid them sticking out ….the shape is not long lasting either - one month out the layers become obviously very choppy - results of a rushed cut.Despite i asked for a short hair cut still didnt want it to be this boyish and cheap looking. Not going back again next time.

Great customer service. Nice, polute staff. Consistently good colour and getting blond colour is not always easy. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and Jasmine has been the one doing my hair all these years. They did my hair once for a wedding that was organised on one of the hottest days that year and a big part of the celebration was outdoors. The hairdo lasted that whole day in what was almost 40 degrees!
