Recently helped me out with parts for our pool cleaner, great service as always.

Eugene has been awesome to deal with, he has kept our pool looking great! He also helped bring the pool back from a bad spot and followed up with us to make sure it was usable again in a short period of time

I cold called to request a pool service days before Christmas. Unsurprisingly, they did not have any availability. Stuart was super helpful over the phone and asked me to come in with photos and to test the pool water. The shop was busy with customers and he took the time to write out instructions and talk me through the steps to get the pool balanced in the short term and we scheduled a service for the new year. Very thorough and professional service

Great job by Garrie to fix the swamp that had replaced my pool whilst overseas for 6 weeks due to the solenoids failing on the chemigen. I now have a new salt water chlorinator and the pool back to normal in four days from raising the issue to having everything fixed and installed. Outstanding service in these challenging times. Had a problem with my 16 year old Chemigem. Got great advice from Kerryn over the phone, who knew exactly what the parts were and what they looked like 16 years ago. Able to get the spares in store immediately and at a better price than anywhere else on the internet. A really experienced team in the store in Myaree, who are helpful and great at solving problems.

Great service - called me to double check my credit card details were correct and posted item same day with tracking. Will use again.

We have been going there for years for pool supplies, water testing and a few times servicing, really nice people and good service, would recommend them to anyone.Just purchased a new chlorinator and robotic cleaner from them, they installed it, nice job, all good. I rang to enquire about a heat pump to heat the pool, still waiting for a call back.Go in, to get water tested a few weeks later and mentioned the pool is going green, a service guy came out and told me you are not scrubbing your pool

A+ Pool Shop, with all the equipment on-hand and knowledgeable staff to give the best advice. I was looking for a new robot vacuum cleaner, and they range from $500 to $4000 so it was a big purchase. I had also had some bad luck with prior Astral robots. I had outstanding service from Stuart and the team, they knew their stuff, they really wanted to understand my pool and needs first, before giving advice. I ended up purchasing the Maytronics M600 with extended warranty (4years total). The robot did its first clean yesterday, and the pool looks amazing. They were also competitively priced. The pool shop also tested the water and gave me a few new pointers. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks Stuart & team!

Two thumbs up for Eugene, who is extremely fastidious and very thorough with his pool cleaning (no picnic especially when the pool is surrounded by flowering trees and constantly wilting foliage!), always leaving our pool sparkly and much more inviting! Best pool guy EVER!
