Very unhappy with the customer service in Newcastle, very rude and unwilling to be helpful. Girl had a big ego and treated me like a liar. Cessnock were willing but Newcastle staff refused to help. Big mistake, Bad move, lost a lot of business from a large family who all ride, from dirt bikes to Harleys. Lost our business, all over a $50 kids Fox shirt they refused to exchange. 2 stores, same owner, not able to work together to help a customer. Very disappointed.

Kayne was straight to the point when discussing pricing and didn't pressure me into anything. Helpful along every step and polite when I changed my mind about some things. Nothing bad to note.

You'd think, buying 3 dirtbikes as well as hundreds of dollars on accessories + my son working there every 2nd Saturday over a period of time would generally classify me as a loyal customer! NOPE!!!!Means nothing... went to get my sons new YZ 250F repaired / serviced and was quoted over $4k to fix. I ended up finding a much more professional & cheaper quote that was half the price.Chris Watson's mechanic had removed the ECU component which was totally not required to do & denied the fact that even removed it.Chris Watson himself did not investigate the matter nor did anything at all to resolve the issue that's worth $1k for the ECU part.NEVER having anything to do with this business again, especially hearing that they do have this reputation of taking parts off bikes. Staff have even left because of how dodgy things are there.doesn't even deserve 1 star rating!!!!!!!

There's something dodgy going on... Bought a helmet, got given the wrong accessories, which I almost didn't get at all; I had to remind them. When I went back to exchange, they gave me the correct visor insert, however, it had already been opened and had some minor scratches (one side had already had it's protective plastic peeled off).I didn't take it back again, but I'm definitely going to think twice before I shop here again.The staff are ok, not particularly keen to help you, but they will if you approach them with a specific question.

Chris had the misfortune of accepting a trade-in that had an engineering fault that couldn't come up through the usual inspection when I purchased it. To his great credit he did everything he could to repair it while ensuring I had another bike to keep me on the road. In the end it became too hard with even the manufacturer not sure of the problem. So Chris offered all the money back or that amount off and discount on another bike. Very happy overall under very trying circumstances. Thanks Chris and Michael.

Had a set of front rotors replaced under warranty, bike was not purchased there but I was given a loan bike which was completely unexpected but appreciated. Service was great.

Salesperson Jodi was very friendly and professional and had great knowledge on not only the JetSki but finance rego and insurance a seemless experience
