Unfortunately after renting with this company for nearly two year’s and having multiple agents. They have let me down at the end of my tenancy. Claiming untruths and lie’s, trying to claim my whole bond over trivial things. I have upgraded the property at my own cost and to be let down like this is such a disappointment. Not only disgraceful but very unprofessional. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for your rentals and homes. Also refuse to contact owners when maintenance is needed to the home. Leaving my child and I at high risk of danger.

Definitely the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate, it would take too much time to sit here and write out all of the individual issues we have had with them. Unprofessional, time wasting, unorganised and rude are four things that come to mind.They have been the main reason why we denied the extension of our lease so I wouldn't suggest listing your property with them. Wish I could give them 0/5, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Finally, after 5 years of terrible experiences with other real estates, I found Virgo Patterson. Every step of the selling process we had our minds put at ease by Keely and she even helped us achieve a price we were told we wouldn't get! We now rent our investment property through Virgo Patterson too and couldn't be happier with the girls who make sure our property I well looked after. Great to see a family owned real estate doing so well!
