Lady at the counter who took our order was so friendly and kind. Food was exceptional. One of the best burgers in Brisbane. Will be back soon!

On my way back from Ipswich to the city, I stopped by here for in between lunch and dinner snack. I saw the billboard few miles back on Warego Highway. The staff here are very nice, the service is very fast. I got their special burger for $3 and it was delicious and very fresh. I will definitely stop by again in the future.

Carl’s Jr. definitely does better burgers than most of your standard fare burger places. Better than McDonalds, similar to Hungry Jacks.The Carl’s Jr. at Riverview is quiet, which I think is because of its location, since it’s out of the way and connected to an Ampol service station. It has a drive through although I went in for service.Service was good, quick and easy with clear answers. A middle aged lady serving was clear, clean and professional. Food was inexpensive for what you get for it. The drinks are from a dispenser, so you simply get a cup and can fill your own. The chips are “rustic” style with skin on cut potatoes. All in all a great meal for lunch. Can’t fault it.

Don't let the dodgy app deter you from visiting Carls Jnr! Nor the ability to find the pricing of items on the menu! (have a look at my photos and you'll see some deals and pricing).Visited here just on breakfast time - luckily they have their standard menu available all day! #winning.Had a lovely staff member take the time to tell me the 'family' menu items available (I'm a big eater) and upon placing my order, found out they have a bottomless beverage bar #seriouslywinning.Clean establishment, plenty of parking, restrooms available. Attentive staff, plenty of indoor seating, and some outdoor if that's what tickles your fancy.Food arrived... was surprised at the variance in meat patty sizes... for the same Carls Jnr Cali Single... one burger patty was what I expected it to be, the other... was literally a quarter size of the burger bun. Thickness of both patties were identical. (This is why one star was deducted).The lettuce was actual lettuce, not shredded to be almost unidentifiable, the sauce complimented the burgers themselves and... did I mention the BOTTOMLESS BEVERAGE BAR!!? If sugary drinks are your thing, this is the place to go!Apart from the one small patty issue (size DOES matter!), no other faults to be advised. Thanks CJ team Westphalen, I'll be back!

Always great to have a charcoal grilled burger. Not crowded and customer service is great. Tables and amenities very clean. Lots of parking available and an option to drive through to get take aways. Low carb burger is their gluten free option and very tasty.

The 1 star is for the cheesy fries. I know it’s fast food and always smaller than in photo however the overloaded box on the ad shows a lot of fries with a light yellow cheese sauce. What we got was a medium serve of fries with some type of dark orange garlic and onion flavoured chunks in it sauce. Burgers were good. Inside the store was filthy with no tables cleaned. Servers seem to be quite unhappy with life in general and appear as if being made to serve a prison sentence even with nice customers in front of them. Just stick with the burgers and don’t do the fries or thick (water) shakes.

Horrible. Told us to park up and had to wait for 20 minutes. Coke drinks had no syrup, just tasted like brown sparkling water, sundae was completely melted when I got it and fries had no salt just thrown in the bag. Won’t be back, appalling customer service as well.
