Budget Car & Truck Rental Bayswater North

Great service for pick up. Went to return, got pushed out the door cause they were busy, told me theyd email me invoice, still no invoice, still havnt got my deposit back. Called up to complain and the guy started blaming bank conspiracy theory’s saying the banks stealing our money. I just need my deposit back. Better off going up the road, wish I did

I booked a 8 seater car a few weeks ago to pick up on 28Jan22. On that morning I received a call from Bayswater Budget that they have 2 staff on medical leave and asked if I can collect from Budget Clayton. i said ok. Then 2 hours later Clayton called to informed that they do not have a car for me. They said I was just dumped (that's the exact word he said} to them by Bayswater. So I called Bayswater, the lady there said It has nothing to do with them and I am to liaise with Clayton. All these is at 2 hours before collection time. All my holiday plans are ruined by their irresponsibility.They don't even deserve 1 star but I have to put 1 star or I will not be able to put in this review.

Booking and documentation easy.Friendly staffs. Compact cars could be better.

A very friendly team at Budget Bayswater helped me solve the moving problem that was thrust upon me at short notice.Easy to book and pay for the relevant vehicle online, have it there waiting for you on the day, and a quick process when returning the vehicle back to their yard.

Friendly, practical & efficient service. Their minibuses and trailers are perfect for our needs. They are also quality humans and amazing supporters of the local community!

Generally fast service and the vehicles are normally clean on the odd occasion. I have had some rubbish left in trucks that I’ve hired.

Great service on the day of picking up the van, but trying to get my deposit back? This is where the drama began and I am absolutely livid!

Waited 2 hours for vehicle. Charged for tolls I didn't use. Booked vehicle to me 11am didn't get it until 2pm. (Explains toll charge.)
