I was given a time window between 1pm and 3pm to receive a mirror. However, no driver has turned up until 3:55pm when I am writing this Google review. Btw, this business does not provide any app or web link that can tell you the driver’s location or your number in the queue. Before writing this review, I called their customer service. The woman could not help at all, and said all she could do was to tell me, “there are unforeseen circumstances and the driver is on his way”. I asked her to give me an update on the estimated time to receive my mirror. Then she told me that she had to “terminate the call” (her exact words), because she “could not give an estimate” and she has no solution. So what is the point to have the customer service? This is not how you should do for any business.Updated on 11 October: I was not hoping for a reply when giving my feedback, but I did receive a polite reply from their management team. I therefore updated the rating given this reply, and I do hope that the management team can improve their customer service team. I suggest that the woman providing customer service never say, I have to terminate the call because I cannot solve your question" to customers again. Thanks."
