My father took his phone here for screen repairing, after telling us 6days and numerous calls to them, 4weeks later it was finished. Upon inspection the screen seemed fine but after seeing they had placed a protective screen over it, it started coming off and there was still a small crack in the corner of the screen.Dissapointed not bothered to deal with them for another 4 weeks.

Today I took my phone into these champions to have the charger socket replaced.The Legend there said that it wouldn't need to be replaced it'll be full of dirt and needs to be cleaned, he was 100% correct.He could of easily just changed it and charged according but his honesty saved me over $200.considering Samsung quoted $243I Highly recommend using these guys

I went to Mobile Experts to get a shatter-proof screen protector for my phone. Having a s8 it is understandable that most screen protectors may not be the wisest options. I made the mistake of going with a glass screen protector, however, my biggest problem with Mobile Experts was the lack of effort the staff went to when applying the glass protector. He did not wipe down the back of the protector nor did he stick it down and smooth it out properly meaning my screen looked constantly dirty, no matter how much I wiped it down. Mere hours after I had the screen protector put on it came off due to the staffs lack of effort and improper application. I was charged $35 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. ANYWEHERE IS BETTER, HONESTLY. None of the staff take pride in their work and you're the one that will pay the price for that if you chose to shop at this place. I- anyone in fact- could probably do a better job at home and undoubtedly for half the price.

The worst experience i ever had with screen protector... 50$ screen protector couldn't protect my phone from a metre drop!

If I could give no stars I would. I would strongly recommend for you to never buy or get anything “repaired” from them. They are not professional “experts” to repair phones as the name would have you think. They charged me to break my phone! I gave them my phone on the conditions they would fix my screen for $190 and they gave me back my screen fixed but they broke the home button in the process. Never did they mention they could break the HOME button in the process. On top of that they said come in and get a refund, but in order to get a refund they must put the old broken screen back on. Furthermore when I went to take this matter further the owner was very rude and did not care they broke my phone. This is the worst customer service and mobile provider. I now know they are certified to fix phones! Do not take it to them. Apple charge $220 to replace screens, for an extra $30 you ensure that your phone is fixed by professionals not by dodgy men! Absolutely criminal behaviour. I never make complaints but I have never encountered such poor customer service.

Went there 2 years ago got the best screen protector I've ever gotten on my phone.Went back 2 months ago and got the worst. Within a week dust somehow started getting under it and it started to peel off by itself. It was also a lot more expensive $35 rather than $20. It ended up staying on for 2 months before it just came off.They have a new people there and don't deliver the same quality they used to.

They did damage to the mobile while replacing the battery. They are not professionals, but beginners, knowing that the mobile has been with them for more than two months and has not been repaired. I will file a complaint with the fair tradimg

Went and saw Awsam for a replacement screen for iPhone se. Very friendly and great quality service at a reasonable price. Very speedy as well done in less than 20mins. Thank you ☺️
