I contacted Battery Australia late last night because my car’s battery was dead. While the car was at home, I wanted to arrange a booking for the following afternoon. Despite the late hour they were available to arrange a booking at a time convenient for me.Sam was polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He swapped out the battery quickly and efficiently and even helped me work out how to reset the radio which disables itself whenever it’s disconnected from power (anti theft mechanism).His pricing was much better value than the other quotes I received - all who wanted a sizeable fee for unnecessary “diagnostics” for what was obviously a dead battery.The car is back to running perfectly. Excellent service from these guys. 30 minutes after I made the call had a gentleman named Sam come out to replace my battery. Know nothing about any of this, but had a few questions. Sincere and thorough answers to all of them.No extra holiday charge (ordered on Easter Sunday) when he easily could of just thrown it in.Really polite and down to earth. Fair price. My cars and bike batteries will all be from these guys in the future. They earned my complete trust from this one transaction.Thankyou
