Brilliant service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Ed & his team highly enough. Ed offered expert advice without being pushy & delivered a quality job with extremely high standards. I am over the top fussy & scrutinize all aspects of work done for me, and I found myself very impressed with quality of products on offer & the finish of my bathroom renovation is second to none. Several years ago we went into a small tile shop in Dixon road (the original shop). The lady was very nice and very helpful. After we chose our tiles she asked us if we had a tiler. We said no and she showed us photos of her husband's (Adib) work. He tiled our entrance way, hallway ,kitchen and dining area. A year or two later we chose our tiles from this shop and again used a Adib as our tiler. He and his crew did our bathroom, toilet, hallway and laundry. Then just recently we had our kitchen renovated and again used this shop and Adib as our tiler. When Adib originally done our kitchen floor he politely said that we should keep a couple of packs of tiles just in case we ever renovate our kitchen. Yes it was very old and dated. Thankfully we took his advice because when we renovated our kitchen part of the floor needed tiling. During the kitchen renovation we also chose our wall tiles from this shop and of course the floor needed some tiling. Thankfully we listened to Adibs good advice and had the spare tiles to fix the floor. On every occasion we were given sound advice in relation to tiles, colour choice and grout and of course Adib and his crew did a fantastic job tiling. 5 years on from the first tiling job we have never had to call Adib back for any problems. The advice we have received from the people in the shop and the tiling work itself has always been faultless. Visitors to our home have commented positively about the colour choices, types of tiles and workmanship.

We finally decided to renovate our bathroom, toilet and laundry and wanted to use a local company to do the job. First thing to do was get quotes. We contacted a number of businesses in our area, Adib from Rockingham Tiles arrived to quote that same afternoon. He listened to what we wanted and also offered some good ideas. Within minutes Adib calculated a price to do the work and reinforced to us that if we decided to change something along the way he would stick to his quoted price and he would be able to schedule the work to commence that same week, impressive so far.We waited for the quotes from the other businesses to come in, one came the next day, very professional attitude but quite a few thousand dollars higher than Adibs price. Another company simply gave us a rough estimate over the phone, so not very professional there and another company didn't respond at all! It was a fairly straightforward decision for us to go with Rockingham Tiles.After visits to their showroom we made our decision on the tiles and fittings we wanted. Again Adib assured us if we wanted to change something it was all good. Adib then outlined his timeframe for competing the job which was to be about a week. A couple of days later work started, the tiler arrive on time and away we went...out with the old and in with the new. Each of his tradesmen, plumbers, electricians etc arrived on time (unheard of!) and got stuck into it. Adib would follow up on a daily basis to check the work and make sure we were happy with the progress.The job was completed on time and most importantly to our satisfaction! Adib was fantastic, great work ethic, knowledgeable of his trade a pleasure to deal with and importantly showed great respect to us as customers.If your looking for a bathroom reno you could not go past Rockingham Tiles for quality and assurance. Had a ceramic cooktop shatter and it damaged the tile splash back, Adib from Rockingham Tiles was able to match my tiles perfectly and tiler came very quickly and with the utmost care removed the damaged tiles and replaced with new, fully cleaned up afterwards. What a fantastic job, highly recommended. No BS just a job well done. Thank you Adib.
