I book this guy name Tony for removal in Hurstville area this weekend .Actually it’s in the same suburb. I book for 12pm and we wait until we finished the all the job.I give him call and didn’t answer callAnd texting me back I will call you backHe just bloody ruin my all dayI don’t suggest to deal with this situation which I had this weekendJust freak me out when I am thinking of this day.

Had these guys help us move from old place in Rockdale in April 2022. The removalists arrived 45 mins late, but did an good job overall - hard working and friendly. Unfortunately, they broke the glass side panel on an antique glass cabinet. No problems, stuff happens. A supervisor came to collect the money and took photos of the cabinet. The guy told us they will call NRMA insurance and they will fix the cabinet. However, after several texts / phone calls to the supervisor and the business owner there has been no more response after several months. We had to get the glass repaired ourselves.Also, the removalists aren't given a proper lunch break. We had to pay for their lunch break and provided them lunch and drinks as they were clearly fatiguing and it was a hot day.

This guy claims his covered with a 10 million dollar liability insurance.They damaged my granite 1,200 $ table I'm still awaiting refund for the damage. I've called several times. Dodgy & dishonest... Don't waste the telephone call...

Very unhappy with the job. They were 90 minutes late. They ruined my dining table and damaged a door in the process. When I tried to follow up regarding my damaged table they were not answering my calls/texts. Very unprofessional and lazy. I would definitely not recommend using them.

We used these guys in JAN 2021 to move house. The move was within the same suburb. No time was wasted and the move was completed within 2 hours. However, they arrived 45 mins LATE!!!!!!
