Was there the other day and was served by Tracy let me tell you horrible customer service, all the junior staff seem to be bossed around and disrespected, red dot really needs to fire her or she needs to clean up her act and work ethic.

Manager spoke to her young employees like they were stupid. I ended up leaving without buying anything because she made me so uncomfortable. Management needs to reflect on the way they treat people, young or not.

They had just juice on special for 29 cents was good while it lasted and also have a large range of cheep cleaning products that are great value for money would rate 5 stars if they had more drinks and or a wider range of cheep soft drink friendly staff and a good place to get a chair swing also

Went to the store today and had several encounters with whom l assume was the manager. I'm shopping and she's stood there huffing and puffing at me because she wants to pass or something, doesn't say excuse me and then justs rolls her eyes and storms past. This happened twice in a matter of minutes. Once we were lining up at reg she was nearly yelling at myself and another customer about following her arrows. She snapped at the male customer, stormed off swearing. I decided at that point to dump my $100 odd goods and leave.We're all under stress in the retail industry but that was just plain rude

Love coming to Red Dot, Erskine. Really organised, everything is neat and tidy. Some things are a little pricey but overall I had a good experience and the staff member who served me was friendly.
