A great place to stay with a variety of room configurations. Great pool and views straight up the Endeavour River. I've stayed several times and will definitely be back. Pubs, restaurants within walking distance.

This place is awesome ! Beautiful rooms. Fantastic beds and bathroom in the heart of town. Booked for 2 nights and stayed 4.I will be bringing my friends and family back soon. Looking forward to enjoying the new waterfront pool that was nearing completion. Really exceeded our expectations.

Been staying at the Seaview for over 30 years now off and on. The jewel in the Cooktown Crown if you’re planning to visit for a few days. Kate and Jason are exceptional hosts in a tropical paradise. Don’t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful place to stay at across the water and wharf area..walking distance to a great kiosk for meals and the rsl is down the road. Staff are friendly and kind and the rooms are comfortable with water views. I love staying here. ..

Our Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was straight over the Endeavour River Estuary. We were right opposite the cairn marking Captain Cook's beachng of the Endeavour. The laundry was adequate. No cooking facilities in the room so we ate out. The Bowls Club and the RSL do passable meals. The highlight was the Driftwood cafe. Great food and drinks.

Spacious room. Cheap laundry facilities a nice bonus. Helpful staff. Great views from our room. Only downside was the noise transfer between rooms.

The view from here is fantastic! You can sit in the front yard enjoying a drink and dinner while watching the sunset. Or coffee with the sunrise! So good! The rooms are well equipped and the prices very reasonable.
