Very disappointed in Redpath and I would be very wary of purchasing any products from them. 4 weeks ago I ordered a plastic product to finish off my greenhouse which cost $375 including freight. Redpath indicated it would arrive in 1 week and when it didn't arrive, I contacted them only to be advised that their records indicated that it had arrived. I clearly did not receive the delivery and after numerous back-and-forth calls, they discovered the package had been sitting in their company's freight warehouse undelivered. Not only did the package arrive 3 weeks later but it arrived damaged and beyond use as it had large long incisions through the plastic. I am again negotiating numerous back-and-forth calls to get my refund and the package collected but they won't refund my $375 until their unreliable freight company collects the plastic and returns it to them. It has been sitting in my garage for over 1 week waiting for the freight company to collect. Be very wary of ordering supplies from Redpath unless you are happy to wait for 3 weeks for delivery, for the package to arrive damaged and beyond use and then risk not getting a refund until their freight company arrange collection. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Next I will be make a complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria about this shocking company.
