Ordered food for a 4:30 pick up. As I arrived at 4:30 I got a call from a staff member advising they didn’t have one of the items we ordered and asked for a substitute. When I entered the store, the young girl working there looked at me from over the bench and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. Proceeded to prepare the food. The other worker eventually came over and told me my food wasn’t ready yet. Didn’t receive the food until 4:50. The chicken bites were completely over cooked and dry. First and last time getting food from here. Customer service is 0/10 and food is 3/10.After I posted this review last night I received two calls from the business at 8:15pm while I was at work.

I pre ordered 6 pizzas for delivery they were delivered on time and hot most importantly they were really good better than expected the owner was great to deal too I highly recommend

Regrettably forgot to review last time. Was fabulous, delicious and full of proper, authentic and tasty toppings, especially the chicken breast chunks. This time, it was a sad and sorry excuse for a pizza. Topping was not close to previous, barely any BBQ sauce base. To make matters worse, I requested tomato sauce instead as it is which was not done. Service was friendly and refund was seamless. Will remember it for the 1st time I went there and will go elsewhere instead from now on

Best Hawaiian pizza we have ever had, impressive amount of toppings all the way to the edge of the pizza, awesome flavour, beautiful tasty base. We will be back.

Maybe need to change the name of the shop to Pizza&Paper. Me and my partner tried our best to finish the pizza but only could eat half and threw it away. Pizza is nearly 1cm and I can't really taste cheese at all. Hopefully this review doesn't get deleted since I only see one bad review of this place.Check out the pictures that I uploaded in photos section. I took it with my ruler.

Ordered from Pizza and Plenty via Menulog last night. First time customer.Ordered 1/2 rack pork ribs - fall off the bone melt in your mouth with authentic bbq sauce.BBQ wings were good as they were actually wings and not little drumettes - lots of sauce!Ordered the Tuscan Chicken (requested a swap of mushrooms to bacon due to allergies). Food arrived quickly and was fresh and hot.There were no mushrooms in the dish however there were also no tomatoes which were a main flavour component and as a result left the pasta tasting quite bland and flavourless.3 stars because the ribs were good.
