EGR Auto

I bought a genuine canopy via Mitsubishi and it is an EGR. Is fitted crooked and the rear window glass hangs on a tilt. Very slow and eventual arrogant response from them.

Looking for canopy parts and information. Michael was so helpful, went way beyond what I would generally expect from written or phone requests. Over a week down the road and am still waiting on a part request from Nissan

I am not sure they deserve 1 star, being in business I understand how to treat customers. Booked fitting of Fender Flares and didn't get call the day before and then nobody turned up for fitting.Rang them and they said I had to pay before install, first I had heard of that after a day or so finding out what happened.Then they want payment upfront when the don't turn up the first time. Who gets paid before even turning up to do the work.Decided to try them again and this time they said I would get a quote the same day or next day, never heard from them again.I got it fitted at a local 4 x 4 company who were fantastic. I will never buy another EGR product.Good product with the worst service I have experienced in the car industry..

I had an ERG roll track installed at new, 12months ago. I have since had it repaired 4 times by ERG, due to constant failure and the most recent repair has placed the tray so tight it has cracked the tray in my Raptor on both sides!!!! I have emaild ERG and await there reply.

I bought some Next Gen Ranger flares. I am so far happy with the flares as such.The purchase and delivery experience was good. My issue is with the installation instructions. They are not clear for someone that hasn’t done this before. There are tapes and other stick ons that it is still difficult to work out exactly where they go. Although the video was helpful it didn’t show where the tapes go. I have some other products from another supplier to fit that have come with photographic instructions which are much clearer. As the flares are overpriced being a new product and little competition please spend the money on clearer instructions.Thx.

My EGR Rolltrac is 2 1/2 years old. The concept is great, mine does not leak, and is totally secure. However, For the last 18 months it does not always open. The first time it did not open I was packing for Fraser Island. I was put onto Chris who said if the reset function holding down the buttons for ten seconds does not work, then take out the fuse and try again. Occasionally it will work for a whole week and then it does not work everyday for the following week. I am constantly under the bonet taking the fuse out, resetting just to get it to open. I spoke to EGR Rep on the Opposite Lock stand at the Brisbane 4x4 show and asked if they had any problems with them. He didn't really answer, gave me his business card, and also didn't tell me the product actually came with a 3 year warranty. When I have time they are getting a call…Roughly in March 2023, EGR fixed this problem under warranty. Turned out to be a faulty wire in the harness. They replaced the harness, removed the pins as the sensors on version 1 tend to eventually corrode and fail. They upgraded my existing rolltrac to the latest version by removing the locking pins and adding central locking on the tailgate. It is so good now! Love it! Great work and thank you EGR!

Great team, a little long on the delivery, but a great team servicing a great product.Can’t go wrong.

Very well made instructions and very well made device works great not cheap but works fantastic and ps it fits on a spray on liner just need to ajust the measurement and the length of bolts but easy as and great product

I got a new canopy fitted in 2019. It has since cracked in two places. Fine whatever, just expect better from Australian made. My back window was shattered at work and after inquiring for over a month about a replacement Iv given up. Obviously a take the money and run business model.

Apparently they are good products, but I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received my order a month after I was meant to. No communication from the company, except for when I chase them.
