Mt. Alexander Retirement Lodge

My grandfather Ralph stayed for respite care here whilst his wife was on holiday and absolutely loved the staff, the room and the food. He said he was reluctant to leave his home to stay anywhere else short term but in the end was so happy with the attentative care of the staff at Mt Alexander retirement home and commented that the residents were very lucky to be there as everything is of the highest quality. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for Short or long term care for their parents or grandparents. 5 out of 5.

They offer respite care but have failed to give my father the assistance he requires and he has been in great discomfort as a result. They talk the talk but seriously fail to walk the walk. They can't even manage a TV that works. Don't need nursing training for that

My Grandfather has a bounce in his step again. A newfound lust for life.. He has found joy and great pleasure in Mt. Alexander Retirement Lodge. He always raves on about how attentive and kind the staff are. As his granddaughter I highly recommend this place of grace.
