I just spoke with the most amazing person. I assume the owner of the store. I wanted some flowers to cheer up my daughter in Rosewood but I was too late as that run had been done for the day. This kind woman said she would go to the store and make up the bouquet I had selected and ensure my daughter received it today, making a special trip to do so. That is fantastic service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Order flower for my partner on valentine's day and contacted her at 930pm because flowers had not been delevered. Rang her and asked if flower had been delivered and was told no, her excuse was her driver did not get them delevered. It's 930pm and she doing valentines day flower deliveries to other other people. This is not good enough

Excellent service and fantastic staff. I required Iris flowers with a single rose as it is something I have done for my partner for years now as it has a special meaning to us. They made the arrangement look better then any other florist I have been to. They even separated and halved the bunch reducing the price for me and using the rest in another bunch. This will definitely be the first florist in mind for any future flowers I need that don’t require delivery.
