my tyre is totally damaged, need to be replaced ASAP, I send request to a few of tyre shops, JAX Tyres & Auto Thornleigh is the quickest reply to me (less than 20 mins), it is my pleasure to talk to Gian over the phone and he ordered new tyres for me straight away. he call me next day and did replacement for my tyres, some shop tell me that have to wait for 2-3 days and others never replyed to me.. grest people, great service at JAX Tyres & Auto Thornleigh.

Selected JAX based on the positive reviews and now I'm happy to contribute another positive review! The quote process over the phone was very clear and they were able to fit me in very quickly.My usual service partner advised I needed a new water pump as it was leaking coolant and was quoted $850. JAX monitored my car all day and didn't notice any leaking coolant. They replaced a radiator cap which cost $35. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back!

I am not paid, sponsored or related to anyone in this business/premises:Place was clean, friendly (they were busy), good value for money and prompt in fitting four tyres.Would recommend Jax Thornleigh, (although they tried to charge for wheel alignment when I did not request, I think this was a genuine error).3-4 stars/5.

I had a tire repair completed. Easy to book, friendly staff, prompt service once I dropped the car off.The only thing I'd add as constructive feedback would be to cover steering wheels that are alcantata (like mine) so they don't get any unwanted grime on them.
