The environment is nice, quiet and comfortable. Convenient location. What makes me happiest is that the staff will only recommend the most suitable items and products to customers, and will not sell many that do not fit. Sally is patient, fun, and most importantly her skills are really great!

I have been to this place more than 5 times already and I used the m22 service. The laser helped me brighten up my skin and eliminate the pigmentation. The newly renovated interior looks very clean and relaxing. I would recommend if you are looking to improve your skin condition.

Experience exceptional service at Freskin with facial. Sally was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed the whole experience. My skin felt great after and I have gone back for other treatments !! Never once was I disappointed !! All the staff were friendly and welcoming too :)

Bad experience. I was on time to the clinic and waited for 15min because the last customer she came late. I am not angry at that stage and said that’s fine. The process of facial treatment was good but I was being left behind after face mask put on my face. The mask leaves on my face for more than 25 min and no one came back. I guess the customer after me has come so that I was ignored on the bed. So due to the late for the customer before me, I was forced to wait in total for about half an hour. I was about to buy some products if I am not treated like this. I rate 2 stars just because I was satisfied with the beautician‘ s attitude. But totally become angry for being the unlucky one to wait for the first and second stage. I have never been treated this way in any other beauty clinic.

The first experience with Freskin really surprised me. It is a clinic with nice and fabulous environment, the staffs are professional, kind and friendly. All equipments are quite new and services are professional. Highly recommend!
