Having babies is an experience that brings out a whole bag of different emotions and challenges. Transitioning from 1 to 2 brings a roller-coaster ride full of some familiar and some new emotions and challenges.I was lucky enough to have my husband home with me for the first 4 weeks after the birth of our second baby which really helped me recover physically and emotionally until the dreaded first day back at work.On my husbands first day back at work, I had to somehow get both the baby and toddler fed, dressed and in the car to do the kindy run all by myself. It was definitely a very overwhelming experience.Sam blessed me with her presence on this day of many firsts on my own. The minute she walked through my front door, I felt a feeling of relief because I knew I wasn't going to be alone. Sam greeted me with the hug I needed and listened to the challenges I'm facing during this transition to 2. She helped me tidy my home, folded some washing and took so much pressure off of me so I could just be in a beautiful bubble with my baby.I highly recommend utilising Sam's services in your post partum period. She is 100% the friend you need in your life while going through this life changing experience.
