Clean Valley

Went to our property yesterday avo to find Clean Valley Bins had taken the bin and emptied the rubbish on the ground. I would of expected a phone call from them or the liquidator or maybe even a note if they couldn’t find our number! Been there almost ever day trying to get quotes for a new builder, but no. Apparently it’s just easier to be unprofessional. Whoever I get to finish building, I’ll be making sure they don’t use your company. I would of been happy to continue using & paying for the bin if I had been contacted. Now you’ve lost a potential customer for life and any potential positive word of mouth feedback from that customer. Not a great way to do business.

My experience with Clean Valley has been amazing, met with great professional and friendly employees. I would definitely recommend Clean Valley services for tasks, big and small.

Found Clean Valley to be exceptional in all aspects of my construction waste removal. Friendly staff, on time, fair pricing - couldn't fault them.

As the other review stated, he is a very unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.He expects you to drive around visiting job sites from 4.00Am to 7.00 Pm with no break but docks the staff 25 min each day.He swears at his staff calling them all the names under the sun.In fact he speaks like that to Clients as well.Staff turn over is unbelievable .In fact have a look at hes position vacant site. There are always positions vacant as no one stays around too long. If your are thinking of working for him or giving him a contract......Give it some serious thought first.Shame on you John

I am an employee of this company and have been for over a year. I can say with complete honesty that I have never experienced any of the negative scenarios described below. I enjoy my work, am treated and paid very well by my employer and know for a fact the two reviewers are disgruntled ex employees who need to stop behaving like spoiled children (as if any clients would be at work sites at 4am to meet with Clean Valley staff !!) Grow up and move on.

After my building company went into Liquidation i offered to pay for the bin to be taken on the 25/8, show up to my empty block of land 6/9 having rubbish that's not even mine on my property. (full skip bin ), Rang them for them to tell me its none of their business as they never got paid from my building company - even after i offered 2 weeks prior to pay. then proceeded to tell me its something my solicitor will have to deal with. - i don't think his going to clean up after you guys? 1/10 service.

I contacted Clean Valley as they were the skip bin supplier for my build and my builder had gone into liquidation. I requested that either the bin stay, or it be taken with the waste and I would pay the bill myself. I gave the man on the phone the address and he said that he has my contact details and won’t leave the bin on site as my next builder may use a different supplier. I was under the impression this meant that they would collect the bin and get in contact with me regarding the bill. I was incredibly disappointed when I went to site over the weekend to find the contents of the bin had been dumped on my property and the bin collected. Absolutely disgusting. I had no issue in paying and was very clear about this in the conversation I had with them.

Stay clear of this awful man and his jobs! Expects you yo hand over your own car to other drivers so as to keep trucks away from depot-this might save him a dollar or two, you see. Swears at and abuses his staff, makes them do unsafe, unethical things. I think every driver with a HR licence has worked here, but usually, not for long, most last a week if that!A truly despicable man and horrible work. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT APPLY. Always jobs going, month in, month out, as no-one ever stays. Revolving door.

I have been with Clean Valley for about 4 months now and have found it a great place to work. The company has a good name within the construction sector and has numerous long standing relationships with building companies. John and the team have always been great to deal with and I am happy I made the choice to join Clean Valley.
