Took my mates Pajero because the AC wasn't working. This concerned me because its one of these things that can be easily lied about with overcharging. They rang to say the belt had broken. All fixed for under a hundred bucks. Nice to deal with honest people.

Goes out of his way to help you, takes the car to other specialists in his own time as necessary. Kept all my cars in the best condition they can be. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.

I had my car serviced here about 14 months ago and they replaced my front shock absorbers. I just had to cough up another $800 for a new set of front shock absorbers since the ones they installed had totally collapsed (coincidentally just outside of warranty). I drive a Suzuki swift at the speed limit in an entirely normal fashion and my original set had lasted 8 years! I would never trust this place to touch my car ever again. NRMA were shocked at the poor quality of the shock absorbers themselves and the workmanship. Entirely unimpressed, would never go back.

Immediately after getting car back it was struggling to get out of first gear when started.Took it back next day expecting that issue would be resolved at their expense, and was advised that it was a coincidence" and not result of work I had done (despite never having any issues with this car before
