I purchased my partner a gift card for Christmas but when we attempted to go into the store (in mid January) it was shut with no notification on either the Google or Facebook pages. We have sent Facebook messages, emails, tried to call the phone number that was listed (and has since been removed) with very limited or no responses. My partner put up a review on the Facebook page and was almost instantly offered a refund but once we provided my details we have not received our refund or any further communication.I also noticed four or five reviews from other consumers stating they never received their product, no responses, etc since February. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Friday 13th. Obviously not my day. Not open at 11:05am. Trading hours Mon-Fri.

Was recommended Hunters Warehouse a few weeks ago and have now been there twice. It's great having a quality shop for archery in Gold Coast. I bought a takedown recurve bow and now ordered in a horsebow. The owner Max is friendly and willing to help. Thanks, see you again soon.

Originally order a pair of boots from here that were listed in stock. Once order was placed and paid for I received an email that they were on back order. In the few months I waited for the boots they were never changed to out of stock on the site. Despite being screwed around and having to make do with a pair of broken boots for a trip away I decided to give them a second chance and order something else from the site. I received an order confirmation email well over a month ago now and that's all. I've tried calling multiple times over a few weeks and an email asking about my order but haven't been able to get onto anyone yet. Save yourself the dissapointment and order from another site as these guys only care about getting your money and then leave you in the dark.

Have called every day for the past week to get an eta for my order (now over 6 weeks back order), No answer and no return call even though I leave my details and order number.Good customer service doesn't seem to be a thing....

I have ordered an item in November and have not heard or seen anything since then, numerous emails were not answered, this appears to be fraudulent!!!!

Terrible customer service. No shipping confirmation for an order placed nearly 2 weeks ago that states in stock. Have emailed their support email twice and their Instagram all on different occasions and no response to anything. No idea where my order is, when/if it’ll be shipped or how to get a refund.

I placed an order for a gun/rifle bag, got confirmation of order.Checked their conditions of sale which states delivery within 7 days, have not received product and they refuse to answer any calls or emails.It appears based on their behaviour that they are not to be trusted as a supplier.
