I went here for a flu vaccination. No indication of where to go for the vaccination and when I could find staff they weren't very helpful

Usually busy but the staff are good as is the service.

Terrible customer service and can't understand bloody English either. I gave prescription in yesterday but today couldn't find it. I said my last name starts with B, the staff member looks under the letter P even though I spelt it out to her. I was told $5.80 and had exact change for that amount but got charged more. Can't even pronounce people's first names properly. Ridiculous and also NOT wearing Masks as they have to or some not at all

Staff in this store are very helpful and friendly but the store itself needs a clean!!! for a chemist not good look.

staff is laughing and waisting time meanwhile customers are waiting and they are not even acknowledging that customers are waiting for them poor customer service

Pharmacist name Muhammad has rude behaviour towards customers.

The staff at this chemist are so rude.While I stood in line (I was the only customer) they were chatting at the front desk. I waited for maybe 2 mins thinking it was work related, however both were laughing a carrying on having a great old time. I walked up and put my items on the counter and the women still didn't acknowledge me, still engaging in their own conversations. I said excuse me and she scanned my items, missing 2 things and told Me to tap my card. Really unprofessional

This is my local pharmacy, for prescriptions, hayfever, cough medicine, vitamins, perfumes and moreHaven't experienced any problems at this store or any of the other chemist warehouse's locations Princess Hwy (Homemaker centre) or town, was able to book my immunisation Covid 19 shot online, very simple and easy and automatically booked me in for the second dose.

Disgusting behaviour by the cashiers at what I would previously call a reliable brand. My mother-in-law has been accused of not paying for her own script more than once, even though she continues to go back to that store she is accused and made to feel like a criminal. By the looks of the reviews below this is happening way too often and is definitely damaging this once reliable safe environment.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!Went into chemist warehouse in corio Village today 26/10/2022 to get some scripts filled. Lady took my scripts & my Pension card, told me to wait 20 minutes. After an hour, I went to ask for scripts, a man handed them to me. I paid at front counter & asked for my card back. It wasn't there. After another hour, going back & forth from the front counter to the pharmacy, the man took my details saying he'd call me when he found my card. I called my son, then I got angry, the young girl at the pharmacy counter thought it was rather funny that SHE couldn't find my card! I said I want it back, it's my only form of ID! After another 30 minutes of me standing in front of the counter with arms crossed & fuming...suddenly, the man handed me back my card! I guess the young chick in the pink head scarf realised I wasn't LAUGHING!!!I walked out very unhappy & frustrated & with a few choice words I left!Unprofessional behaviour & attitude of the women working in the pharmacy department.DON'T hand your cards over....especially if YOU'RE ALREADY IN THEIR SYSTEM.ZERO STARS!I WONT BE BACK!!!
