I found out Black friday purchase wasn't discounted when i recieved the bill as they advised me. I'm told that phone will be delivered in few days, almost took a month. They didnt even call me when phone arrived. Not a good experience.

It's been 5 months and I'm still getting bills from Vodafone's debt collector. These people signed me up on a plan that didn't give me any reception in my workplace. I cancelled the plan within a week and ported the number to Telstra. Since that time the bills kept accruing for a service that wasn't connected. The people in this shop did nothing but give me the phone number of vodafone, and said that was all they can do. Appalling way to run a business.

Highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staffs from the moment you walk through the door. Vodafone has stuffed up my order that I've made through online. So I went to this store and they fixed my issue right away. Yes, it is an effort to make your way to the store especially when you're busy, but it's totally worth it with the service that you get from face to face. Thank you again ‘T’ for your help :)
