We have used Mel’s pet service twice and can confidently say that it's the best cat service we have ever experienced. Having tried several other services in the past years, no fluff surpasses them all.Kirsten took care of our beloved rescue cat Rocco with unparalleled dedication. The updates we received were not only beautiful, but also showed the time, effort, care, and love Kirsten invested in Rocco. Her nurturing and compassionate nature towards our cat was truly out of this world. Every day, we received updates that reassured us of the excellent care Rocco was receiving.The reliability of the service is commendable, and we are elated to have found no fluff. We can't recommend them highly enough for their exceptional service. Mel and the team have been walking and pet sitting for Duchess on a casual basis for several years now. A rather high maintenance stray with a few issues - Duchess loves the walks, treats and games And we love the quick response and genuine care and attention for our pooch.

Mel is amazing, always willing to accommodate, and has a great team of walkers and sitters. Dani, Kirsten and Gor have taken good care of our doggies while we were away at different times. With one of our littles not being very social, it is great to know there is an experienced team behind.

No Fluff was excellent. We had just put our 19 1/2 year old cat to sleep, so this was the first time Coco had been alone in her life. They took such good care of Coco and gave her lots of hugs while we were away and sent us lots of photos and little videos. Our Husky is always happy, healthy, fit socialised and well trained because of the efforts of Mel, Sam, Marina and Kirsten.They offer so many services from walking to training to pet minding.Sam's training with Bandit has been immeasurable. We have watched him develop into a beautiful mannered boy.Your pet will be very loved and spoilt every time guaranteed.Best of all, you will receive updates, photos and even video clips of your furry friend having the time of their life. No Fluff are simply amazing! My girls get walked with the team a few times a week and are so excited when their walker arrives and exhausted when they return! I love the flexibility, positive attitudes and genuine love for dogs! I couldn’t recommend No Fluff more highly.

I can’t recommend the NoFluff team enough. They’ve been regularly helping out with our pup Pedro on days when we’ve had to be at work. They are reliable, trustworthy, flexible and most importantly great with animals. The attention and care Pedro receives (and cat if he graces them with his presence) is impressive and I feel they really listen regarding my pet’s needs. Updates are fantastic after each visit.
