Cate and her team were exceptional. When you find yourself having to make a difficult decision to move a family member (Dad) with advanced dementia out of their home and into a permanent facility it is heartache. The care that Cate showed to all of us, her teams diligence in recommending the right care facilities for Dad their compassion and caring is unquestionable.Also having the stress removed of having to navigate our way around all the paperwork and external agencies that need to be dealt with was a life saver for us as a family. We could concentrate on Dad's transition and focus on Mum as it's also been a big change for her.I would highly recommend Cate and her team if you need assistance with a loved one who needs to transition into care - you and your loved one are in very safe hands.

In such a difficult time the support given by Cate and the staff at Seniors Pathway was exceptional. Whenever we were unsure which way to turn a simple phone call and we were back on track, even for issues outside the normal scope which Seniors Pathway supply. When I think of the amount of time Seniors Pathway invested in finding my Mum suitable lodging I believe the renumeration was more than fair and equitable. A special callout to Emma, Nicola & Billie for all their assistance & genuine care in getting Mum settled.

Efficient, caring professionals. All the staff at Seniors Pathway took time to listen to us and understand dad's needs. They looked after everything. Cate took time to visit dad to gain her own professional view of his needs. Emma spent many hours looking for nursing homes that would best fit dad. She kept assuring us to be patient, that they would find the right place for dad. And she did! It was a long, difficult process, one that we could not have done on our own and achieved the same amazing result.Their patience and persistence never faulted and our dad was placed in a home we are very happy with. We cannot recommend Seniors Pathway more highly. They made a very stressful time much easier than it would have been otherwise, letting us care for our dad while they did all the complicated, behind the scenes work navigating the complexities of the Aged Care System on our behalf.Thank you so much we are beyond grateful to you all.

We have called upon Cate and her wonderful team ( our “angels,” as we call them) twice now. Cate King and her team were very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They took all the stress out of working through the aged care system, managing all the paperwork and dealing directly with aged care homes.
