Total Transport

Honestly the RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! My missus and I went decided to go out for lunch a few days ago and the way one of the blokes from this company was yelling and degrading the staff members was just ridiculous. The short, darker skinned kiwi fella that works for this company was shouting at the top of his lungs about the portion sizes that no one ever complains about in the faces of the workers who did their best to respectfully communicate with him. Him spitting out the most vulgar disrespectful language at them all the while proudly wearing his “Total Transport” uniform made everyone so so uncomfortable. Unbelievably unimpressed.

Extremely unprofessional business. Terrible communication and service. Avoid.

So slow!Guys were careful enough and packed truck well but it honestly took so long.That’s with us both helping and we had packed up house in to boxes, took apart beds etc... ourselves to have it already to go.There was a lot of time with both of the guys in the truck or one of them checking phone messages. Not a lot of effort put in to actually moving the stuff out of our 3 bedroom single level unit.We moved 3km away, over charged on time getting back to house.We had moved previously with the company several times and previously been happy.This time it took an extra hour and a half when we were moving closer in distance!They also called the day before at 5pm to change the time by 2 and a half hours earlier.So charged over $700 to move 3km for a small single level unit to a new house where they only had to put stuff into lounge, garage and meals area.That’s with us moving some furniture out of house ourselves, and helping to unpack the truck quite a bit as we were so frustrated by the time.We had also moved for 2 days before so it was mostly just the furniture with around 20 boxes

Jim and his crew are a pleasure to deal with and thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend them more highly especially in the Moving" industry with lots of cowboys. I have used them twice for myself and once for a friend and they have been great to deal with every time."

With an unfortunate after hours machine breakdown and lost downtime looming, It was Tania and the wonderful team at Total Transport that came to the rescue saved the day with their prompt response in delivering a replacement machine saving the client time and money! They went above and beyond with their service!

I have now used this firm 5 times - twice for me and three times for my children.They were recommended by a friend.They are brilliant.Really professional and they turned up on time.Could not be more helpful or pleasant.5 star service
