We had such a great experience ordering our couch at a different catalano branch. The salespeople are wonderful, educational, and trustworthy.Unfortunately we had to deal with Renu at the head office. Evidently she really doesn't have the compassion or the intrapersonal skills to work in customer services.She gave us major sass on the phone and we really didn't have the energy to tell her to be kind.Giving a 5 star review anyway 'cose Renu was our only terrible experience with Catalano. Amazing work guys (except Renu).

It wasn’t just the quality of the chaise lounge delivered, but the end-to-end customer experience that stood out. At the initial consultation in the Alphington showroom, minimal inputs such as room dimensions and a photo were enough for the consultant to envision the room and desired living experience, providing the opportunity to experiment the look and feel of different lounges. This led to a solution that factored in best use of space, high utilization, value for money, and product care. Further recommendations were even provided on how to best furnish around the lounge to bring life into the living room. It was complemented with a smooth, on-time and friendly delivery. The results speak for themselves, as I routinely wind down on the chaise in front of the TV, living the experience laid out to me at the consultation. So more than just a comfortable lounge, it was the advisory and emergent design offered in the lead up to the purchase that made all the difference!
