I love charcoal collective! The best hair cut and colour I've had in years. Gabby is so lovely and really listened to what I wanted done. She uses great products and has created a such a beautiful and welcoming space. I can't wait to go back!

I cannot thank Gabby enough! It’s crazy to think every other hair dresser for the last 20 years has told me I couldn’t go blonde. And yet it only took two appointments with Gabby to achieve it! The attention to detail and expertise she has is out of this world! I feel so safe and comfortable and spoiled every time I go into the salon. I’ll never go anywhere else! If you are searching for the best colourist and cut in Brisbane you have definitely found it here!

Gabby is incredible at blondes!! I'm super particular about my colour, and Gabby took her time understanding what i wanted and then did an incredible job on my hair. It got so many compliments!! The salon is also beautiful - channeling palm spring vibes. So gorgeous!

Gabby is an truely an amazing hairdresser- I've never been so happy with my hair! Gabby gave me a complete transformation and I couldn't recommend Charcoal Collective enough! Not only is Gabby extremely talented in hairdressing, she was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable during the entire service! Now that I've had my hair done at Charcoal Collective, I couldn't trust anyone else to do a better job! Can't wait to come back and have my hair done by Gabby!

Gab is the only hairdresser who has transformed my hair. I had a brilliant hairdresser who stopped hairdressing and I searched for over 3 years to find a blonde specialist. I always came out looking very warm and brassy or my foils were spaced very far apart. I would recommend Gab to anyone looking for a hairdresser who knows blonde hair. She is also down to earth and easy to get along with. The salon is always beautifully presented and clean. I am not surprised her business is doing so well. 5 stars from me :)

I visited this Salon two weeks ago and experienced a wonderful and relaxing hair makeover by Gabriella. The ambience of the integrated courtyard with the salon is a unique concept to the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane. What a treat this was! Totally enjoyable.
