We found the 3 workers who came were outstanding . They attended after we booked with 6 days notice on time , on a weekend . They were very helpful cleaning a very grubby apartment . They stayed until the job was done . I can highly recommend them .

The cleaning for my end of lease was great however the customer service was very poor and at first (even though I got the top package on my quote I listed the exact amount of carpeted rooms, a balcony etc.) they tried to tell me that what I was paying wasn't enough for the job and when paying they seemed very angry. So great cleaning but be aware they may try to get extra money from you and poor customer service.

I loved the service. 3 guys came in and finished the job to utmost perfection in one and half hours. No dramas at all. The service is exceptional at a very economical price. I am very happy and satisfied with results. My bath tub is basically more clean than it was when i moved in.Cheers guys.

Total waste of money. I am a landlord and had the apartment cleaned between tenants. The previous tenant left it relatively clean, and it seemed as though clean to shine hadn't touched it. I needed to wipe the kitchen bench down because there was a big patch of something. You could see smear marks on the tv and shower screen. At most it was just a surface clean. I had the carpets steam cleaned and it did not look any cleaner than it was before. The apartment didn't even smell cleaner, it still had the musty smell of the previous tenant. Waste of $260, I would not hire again.

Very impressed with the end of lease cleaning services Cleantoshine carried out at our apartment after we moved out. The quote was very reasonable and they did absolutely everything in two hours! Windows, oven, stove, blinds, walls and shelves, as well as mopping the floors and steam cleaning the carpets. The house looked way better than it had the entire time we'd lived there! High recommend.

Well I wasted too much time on these people so I will keep it short: it is not worth the money to have windows scratched is it? It was an end of lease clean and we are going to VCAT with the agency who are not happy with oven, range hood, poorly cleaned mould in bathroom. They also didnt wipe dust everywhere. Kitchen wall & floor tiles were full of marks. And windows!!! Fly poo just smeared, but full of scatches on the glass due to poor cleaning techniques and inappropriate tools! For the tenant to clean to Cleantoshine standard would be maybe just acceptable. For Cleantoshine to clean to professional cleaners' standard is unacceptable. They charge $250 for 3 hours poor quality work. How do I know it was 3 hours? 2.5 hours after the 9AM start, I got a random sms addressed to their next client that they gonna be there soon. Beware.

I used Cleantoshine for my end of lease clean in May 2021. They did a stellar job cleaning the entire house and even went above and beyond to ensure that the garage was swept and looking good. They did an amazing job cleaning the entire house including the outside and inside windows, wall markings, carpets and every other element within the house. They were professional and the quality of their work was outstanding! They were even absolutely fine with an inspection of the property happening as they cleaned. Our end of lease process was easy and painless all because of their excellent work cleaning the 4 bedroom house we were renting. I highly recommend Cleantoshine!
