Easily axcessable and plenty of pumps for that on the go fuel pickup ñice friendly staff

If you’re going to take advantage being the last fuel on that stretch before the m1 to Sydney and have 4-5 cents on fuel higher than all the other servos close to you, you could at least have clean toilets and pumps that work properly……

Not happy with your staff. Not going back!

Great location - best place to re-fuel b4 hitting the freeway.

Always great service, super friendly team and well stocked. Only fault is fuel prices but I guess its expected due to location

I just went there and there was a really helpful staff member called Ellie I'm a teenage hot wheels collector and they went to the extra mile checking the back for the cars even though they didn't have them they after they check the computers they came out and said that they ordered them I found the experience very helpful and I'll definitely be going back

Encountered a slow pump - reported it to Vanessa at the counter. She said the problem had been reported (that's good), however when I requested her to forward my suggestion to management that they put up a sign saying that pump was slow, she flat out refused, telling me I have to talk to customer service myself!! Absolutely hopeless service.

When I supposed to buy the products in this store, shell Coles express Wallsend，the staff Gargon Reedy let me waiting outside for almost 20 mins! during that time, I ring the bells and no one came out. There were already 2 customers cant’t wait and left After waiting such a long time, Gargon came and he said I disturb the time of he using the toilets and he refuse selling any products to me.He came out and said you can only rings one time but we ringing 3 times， so he refuse selling products. This sounds incredible but it did happened. It’s better to see the camera during that night. At the same time, there are 2 more customers came, and he didn’t service to other customers and he didn’t selling any products to me. Then one of the customer helping me buying the products for me otherwise I can’t buy it. One of the customer stopped his behaviour.I don’t know the standard and requirements of this store, but His bad service and attitude makes me confused and very angry.The staff name is Gargon Reedy. The time was around 9.30pm, 28th May, Other two customers leaved number to me happy to bear witness for me.
